JP held a number of key leadership roles at U.S. Bank during a 20 year period of rapid growth from $750M to $60B in market capitalization, most recently serving as Chief Private Banking Officer. He held management roles at Key Bank and PNC prior to that. He was also the creator of the Bank Innovators Council, which later became a part of Next Money, the global community for design, innovation, and entrepreneurship in financial services.
He holds a B.A. from the University of Akron, and an M.B.A. from Cleveland State University, where he conducted his research project at Buckinghamshire College in High Wycombe, England. He also completed the Leadership Excellence executive program at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Business, and is a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute and the College for Financial Planning.

Before joining FinTech Forge, Trish led Customer Success at Numerated Growth Technologies, a fintech startup providing banks a real-time lending platform to accelerate business loans. Numerated was the first company to be spun out of Eastern Bank’s financial technology incubator Eastern Labs, where Trish was an early executive. Prior to Eastern Labs, Trish was Director of Retail Strategy at Fiserv, working closely with client banks and credit unions to develop innovative products based on industry insights. Previously, she ran operations at PerkStreet Financial, one of the world’s first challenger banks, where she built the banking infrastructure and integrated with banking partners to enable an online bank with a high debit rewards platform that encouraged responsible spending.
She holds a degree in Financial Management from Salve Regina University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She has also completed the Emerging Leader program at CUNA, and holds a Pragmatic Marketing level VI Certification.
Darshan primarily focuses on sourcing and managing an active pipeline of investment and partnership opportunities, conducting due diligence and financial analysis. He also supports the entire team across a number of other activities, including member engagement, client services, marketing, research, and benchmarking.
He joined FinTech Forge while completing his undergraduate degree as a shared intern with FinTEx, the nonprofit fintech and financial services community hub for Chicago and the greater Midwest, of which FinTech Forge is a founding member.
